Dear Grace Falls Family,

I am writing you concerning the Coronavirus Outbreak and our desire to work alongside our community as partners in helping do our part. I have been monitoring the situation as I know many of you have as well. Your safety is important to us. We want everyone to stay healthy.

We are encouraging everyone to take appropriate measures to stay healthy, especially those who are senior adults and medically compromised to catch the virus. During this time, we also call the entirety of the church to responsibly serve, love, and care for those in need.

With that being said I want to inform you that We will not be gathering this Sunday for worship.

I have been exploring some options to do a livestream service and hope to be able to have that as an option in the future but I was unable to get that ready for this Sunday.

I will be recording a message that I feel like the Lord is giving me to help us as we deal with the anxiety and fears that come with the uncertainty of our nation.

I will be sending that out to you via email and text this week.

I have also hired a professional company to come into our building this next week to clean and sanitize our building professionally and appropriately.

We will evaluate the following weeks and our future as we hear from our leaders and government officials as the situation seems to change daily.

I urge you to take this time to be praying and in a time when we have all of these voices speaking to us make sure that you tune into God’s voice and His word and allow it to be the dominant voice in our lives. God’s word teaches us to not allow fear of unknown to overtake us but allow it to be the opportunity for to take us to growing our faith in God’s sovereignty in all things.

Please know that we love you and if there is anything you or your family needs please let us know. Let’s serve one another and our community in these times and remember that the good news of the Gospel is needed now more than ever.

May God Bless you and comfort you with the truth of Joshua 1:9 today.
